Convert to Sales Order
Easily convert accepted quotes into sales orders in MindX Inventory to streamline your order management. Follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to Sales in the left sidebar and select Quotes.
- Choose the quote you want to convert.
- On the Details page, click the Convert to Sales Order button.
- You’ll be directed to the New Sales Order page. Review and update details if needed.
- Save your sales order by clicking Save as Draft, or choose Save and Send to share it directly with the customer.
Warning
Conversion Restrictions: Only accepted quotes can be converted into sales orders. Ensure the quote status is marked as "Accepted" before attempting to convert.
Once converted, you can either send the sales order to the customer or mark it as confirmed if you’ve received confirmation via other means.
