Edit an Invoice

If you need to update the details of an invoice, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Locate and select the invoice you wish to edit.
  • On the detail page ,Click the Edit option.
  • Make the necessary changes to the invoice details.
  • Click Save to apply the updates.

Updating invoices ensures accurate records and maintains clear communication with your customers.


Send an Invoice to a Customer

If an invoice is saved as a draft, you can send it manually:

  • Go to the Invoices section.
  • Find and select the invoice you want to send.
  • On the detail page ,Click the Email option.
  • Review the email details, make any adjustments, and click Send.

Tip

Before sending an invoice, double-check the details to avoid errors that may delay payments or cause disputes.

Sending invoices promptly ensures a smooth transaction process and timely payments.


Download an Invoice as PDF

To save a digital copy of an invoice, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Locate the invoice you want to download.
  • On the detail page , Click the PDF/Print dropdown and select Download as PDF.
  • Choose the download location and save the file.

Having invoices saved as PDFs allows for easy sharing and secure digital storage.


For physical records or to provide a hard copy, you can print invoices directly:

  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Select the invoice you want to print.
  • On the detail page ,Click the PDF/Print dropdown and select Print.
  • Review the preview and click Print to finalize.

Printing invoices helps maintain organized records and offers a tangible reference for financial transactions.


Delete an Invoice

If an invoice is no longer required, you can remove it easily:

  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Locate the invoice you wish to delete.
  • Select the checkbox next to the invoice .
  • Click Delete Button on top right corner .

Note

Ensure any recorded payments linked to the invoice are deleted before proceeding. Deleted invoices cannot be recovered.

Deleting unnecessary invoices keeps your records organized and free of clutter.
